1. Vendor Information

2. Products

Exotic Drives Club sells branded lifestyle products including t-shirts and caps, produced and fulfilled on demand by Printful (print-on-demand service).

All products are made to order. Production begins after your payment is confirmed.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery destination.

Exotic Drives Club reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are invoiced at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders

Orders are placed via the WooCommerce shop on exoticdrivesclub.com. An order confirmation email is sent automatically after payment.

Exotic Drives Club reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an obvious pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Accepted methods include:

• Visa / Mastercard / American Express
• Apple Pay / Google Pay

All transactions are encrypted via SSL. Exotic Drives Club does not store any banking information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful within 3–7 business days after production. Delivery times vary by destination:

• France : 3–5 business days
• Europe : 5–10 business days
• International : 10–20 business days

A tracking number is provided by email once the order is shipped. Exotic Drives Club cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the Code de la Consommation), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for products made to order or personalised items.

As all products are printed on demand, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article L221-28, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

8. Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at contact@exoticdrivesclub.com with a photo of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Return shipping costs for defective products are covered by Exotic Drives Club.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on exoticdrivesclub.com (texts, images, logos, designs) is the exclusive property of Exotic Drives Club and is protected by French and international copyright law. Any reproduction without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Personal Data

Personal data collected during orders (name, address, email) is used solely to process and ship your order. Data is never sold or shared with third parties, except Printful for order fulfilment and Stripe for payment processing.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the matter will be referred to the competent French courts.
